On July 8, the NBA entered the offseason. According to previous reports, Myers Turner reached a four-year, $107 million signing contract with the Bucks. The Bucks officially announced his arrival, while the Pacers officials paid tribute to him, and the team's president revealed the reason for his departure.

The Bucks posted an official photo to welcome Myers Turner: Welcome to Milwaukee. In the new season, Turner will become teammates with Antetokounmpo. Turner is 29 years old. He played 72 games in the regular season last season, averaging 15.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.8 steals and 2 blocks. He played 23 games in the playoffs, averaging 13.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 2 blocks. The Pacers official photo posted a thank you to Myers Turner. They wrote: "I have played for ten years with the Pacers, and I am grateful to Myers Turner for all the memories left on and off the court." Since entering the NBA, Turner has played for the Pacers for 10 seasons, starting in 2015 until the end of this season.

Meanwhile, Pacers President Kevin Prichard was interviewed today and talked about Turner. He revealed that the team was ready to pay the high price of luxury taxes to keep Miles Turner. But Turner's agent never gave the Pacers a chance to match Milwaukee quotes.

Another reporter Spencer Davies updated social media and talked about the details of Turner joining the Bucks: "The Pacers are unwilling to provide Miles Turner with an annual salary of more than $22 million, and are unwilling to provide contracts of more than four years. Turner himself is willing to accept an average salary of about $25 million in this period to stay in Indiana. The Bucks finally gave a 'almost undeniable' offer."

What do you think about Turner's departure?
