Rasheer Fleming, the Phoenix Suns' inside star selected in this year's NBA Draft, recently interviewed Duane Rankin, a reporter from Phoenix local media The Arizona Republic, in which he also talked about his goals after entering the NBA arena and how he felt and performed during the NBA summer league.

When talking about my goals, Fleming said: To be honest, my main goal is to achieve the highest level I can achieve. However, I believe that I can get more playing time through my performance on the defensive end, and in this case, my performance on the offensive end will also be further improved. Speaking about his performance in the NBA summer league, Fleming continued: Overall, it was a good experience. I know this is not actually an NBA game, but it is at least an NBA-type game. For me, I gained a lot of valuable experience during the summer league. I was able to feel the speed and rhythm of that NBA game on the court, which was also ready for me to really play in the NBA field in the new season. This is really interesting and I believe I am fully prepared.

Fleming was born in July 2004 and is 21 years old. He is the Suns' 31st pick in the second round in this year's NBA Draft. According to data from the joint trial physical test session before the draft, Fleming's bare foot height is 203.8cm, his wingspan is 226.7cm, his standing height is 276.9cm, and his weight is 105.4kg. In the NCAA game last season, Fleming played 35 times for St. Joseph's University, with averaging 31.3 minutes per game, averaging 14.7 points, 8.5 rebounds (2.1 frontcourt rebounds), 1.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.5 blocks, and 1.5 turnovers and 2.5 fouls. He shot 53.1% from the field (5.4/10.1), 39% from three-point shooting percentage (1.8/4.5), and 74.3% from free throws (2.1/2.9).

In the previous NBA Summer League, Fleming made 3 appearances for the Suns, averaging 16.8 minutes per game, averaging 7.3 points, 4 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 1.7 steals and 0.3 blocks, and 0.3 turnovers and 2.3 fouls. His shooting percentage was 50% and his three-point shooting percentage was 36.4%. Fleming's overall performance during the summer league was quite good. He also showed relatively comprehensive personal abilities. He was able to play his role on the defensive end. His personal defensive ability was quite good, and he also showed relatively comprehensive personal abilities on the offensive end. Overall, Fleming is also a highly mature player, and he does not steal the show on the court and is willing to start from the team. These are all good phenomena. I don’t know what Fleming will perform in the NBA next season.
