According to the New York Post, Khloe Kardashian's ex-husband, 45-year-old former NBA player Lamar Odom was recently evicted; the landlord of the Los Angeles mansion where he lives has filed a lawsuit in the court, accusing Odom of owing $45,000 (about RMB 324,000) of rent. The court finally ruled that he wanted to move out of the rented mansion.

Court documents show that on March 20 this year, the sublease of the luxury estate located in California Cinema filed a lawsuit against Odom. The complaint states: Around December 15, 2024, the former Lakers player rented the property through an oral agreement, agreeing to use a monthly payment form, and paying $15,000 in rent on the 1st of each month. However, as of March 31, 2025, Odom had accumulated three months of rent.

The sublease said that it had issued multiple reminders, including the "three-day ultimatum" posted on their residence on March 11: "If the rent is not fully paid within three working days, the landlord will announce the termination of the lease agreement." The complaint shows that a copy of the notice was also delivered to Odom by mail.

Document specifically states that in addition to the owed $45,000, the daily reasonable rent of the property is valuated at $500. On March 17, the sublease formally launched the "confiscation of lease options" procedure.

As Odom did not respond, the court ruled that the sublease won the case on April 28, ordering the former NBA player to move out immediately. The landlord also recovers the arrears, agreement liquidated damages, attorney's fees and damages.

Odom team has not responded to this matter yet.
