Hupu, August 5th According to Liverpool media DaveOCKOP, the media updated the future situation of Liverpool striker Nunez. It is reported that Serie A giant AC Milan will officially offer the Uruguayan international this week, intending to bring him to the San Siro Stadium.
Nuñez's future has always been the crux of Liverpool's transfer window this summer. The Uruguayan striker has performed well in the preseason for Liverpool, including a hat-trick against Stoke City and a two-scoring goal against Athletic Bilbao on Monday night.
It is worth mentioning that Naples tried to sign Nunez earlier, but they failed due to their different valuations from Liverpool. In addition, the offer from Saudi professional league giant Riyadh New Moon may allow Liverpool to choose to sell to them. However, Nunez's own willingness to join is also needed.
And DaveOCKOP can now exclusively reveal that AC Milan is expected to make a formal offer to the 26-year-old this week. Due to the financial status of the potential transaction, they may look for lease transactions with forced purchase options.
Sky Sports revealed earlier this week that the Serie A giants have reached out to Liverpool about the transfer, and what can be revealed is that the Ross and Blacks are ready to consolidate their interest through a quote.
However, it is not clear whether Milan can pay Liverpool Dununes' valuation of €65-70 million, while Riyadh Crescent is in a better position to meet Liverpool's asking price.
