Frank: Risalisson deserves his name for being selected for Brazil; Bisoma will not be on the market tomorrow

. So I think when players approach their peak, they should be fixed in one position—but that doesn't mean they can't adjust flexibly in the forward trident or foursome. Moreover, modern football has higher requirements for players' flexibility. For example, players with the forward Trident must be able to play on the wing and play guest-starred as a center.

We heard that there is a player from Amsterdam who is now on the other side of the building and can clearly feel the excitement here. You must have this feeling yourself, right? How happy are you to sign such an excellent player?

All I can say is that we are indeed close to signing a player, almost... As I said before, in order to avoid trouble, I am only willing to talk about players who are already on the team - I did this before when I was at Brentford and will stick with it now. So on this issue, I may be "very boring" - sorry, I am only willing to talk about "my own players". I will not comment on players from other teams unless it is Messi and Ronaldo. Fortunately, the two of them will retire soon, so it will be much easier in the future.

You said after the game last week that you really hope that the team can score the third goal. Although it failed to achieve it in the end, I still won 2-0. This victory was wonderful. Is this idea of "always wanting to score another goal" your natural coaching tendency, or is it to fit the club's offensive philosophy?

I think, as a coach, I have always had an offensive mindset and always want to push the team to attack more and strive for the next goal. This is very consistent with the club's values and historical traditions. Actually, that's what happened when I first started as a coach - for example when I was an assistant coach at Burnley. But after I went to Brentford, this philosophy strengthened a little more. Although Brentford is not a big club, the management – especially Matthew, Phil and Rasmus – highly value offense. And all data show that if you take the initiative to fight for the next goal, the probability of getting 3 points will be higher than that of simply defending and keeping 2 points, so this is based on it. It is precisely because they also attach great importance to this point that we have a lot of in-depth discussions and thoughts, including substitution strategies - such as whether to replace the forward with the midfield or use another forward to replace the forward? The latter is obviously more offensive in order to score another goal. Of course, everyone knows that sometimes I will adjust the formation, such as changing to 5-3-2, but even so, there will still be two forwards on the court; if possible, I don't mind making one of the three midfielders more offensive. All of these are determined based on the game situation, but in general, I will definitely keep trying to score goals.

The results of the Champions League draw came out yesterday. I feel that there are all kinds of opponents - strong teams, familiar opponents of the team, and a Danish team. What do you think of the results of this lottery?

Overall, I think it is a 'not bad' sign. Sometimes the draw results look bad on paper or look good, but ultimately it depends on how we play against these teams. You should know that for every team, whether the opponent is Paris Saint-Germain, Dortmund, or not-so-known teams like Slavia and Copenhagen, they are the most important games this season. So the game will definitely be difficult to play. Of course, I was very happy to draw Copenhagen, and I think this was a good result. To be honest, I actually thought that it might be harder to play if I drew Parkhead, but no matter who the opponent was, the game would be difficult. And it feels good to be able to fight with some familiar coaches.
