On November 20, "Marca" reported that after the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium was officially renamed the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the club has also released its new logo, and the Santiago Bernabeu Metro Station will also be renamed.

The Government of the Autonomous Region of Madrid announced: "The works started in February 2024 with an investment of 66 million euros and will be completed in the first half of 2027, which will coincide with the 125th anniversary of the founding of Real Madrid and the 80th anniversary of the club's legendary stadium. Its re-opening will be accompanied by a new name, because in the near future it will only be known as the 'Santiago Bernabeu'."

Housing, transportation and infrastructure in the Autonomous Region of Madrid During an inspection of the project, Deputy Minister Jose Maria Garcia said that through this project, the available space of the station will be tripled from 4,843 square meters to more than 12,400 square meters: "Its configuration will be able to effectively cope with the large number of fans recorded during match days."
