July 20th news Yorke's transfer has been slow to make progress, and the Mirror revealed Arsenal's position on delays in the deal.
It is reported that Arsenal is considering that if Yorke's transfer cannot be fully finalized by early next week, they will let the players completely withdraw from this summer's Asian tour.
The reason is that the preseason is not very important. Arsenal is cautious about letting Yorke fly over half of the earth with the team. If the transfer is completed, Arsenal may allow Yorke to stay in London for personal training in the future. This will also allow him to stay physically before the new Premier League season.
At present, Arsenal is still feeling relaxed about the deal, they are committed to completing negotiations with Portugal and still prioritizing getting Yorkie to the preseason, and whether the transfer can be carried out in time is key.
Previously, Arsenal announced the big roster for the Asian tournament, with new player Maduaike and unofficially announced Moscarra absent. The former received a three-week holiday after the Club World Cup, and the latter's transfer procedures have not been completed. Arsenal still hopes that he can rush to Asia soon.
