Telegraph: Tottenham is expected to introduce Savignho, Manchester City asks for 50 million pounds

August 12th, the Daily Telegraph reported that Tottenham is expected to poach Brazilian winger Savignho from Manchester City, and Manchester City is asking for £50 million.

It is reported that Manchester City has reluctantly begun negotiations with Tottenham on a potential transfer, and the negotiations between the two sides are still in their early stages.
