Hupu News November 04 This Tuesday, the Spanish Football Association Referee Committee will release a video titled "Review of Penalties" on social media as usual to analyze the penalties that the committee believes the referee needs to explain.

The committee members include José Luis Oltra, José Ramon Sandoval, Fernando Morientes and José Luis Sanchez Vera.

Similar to the situation in the eighth round of La Liga, none of the three penalties selected this time involve the three giants of La Liga: Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, and these three teams faced Valencia, Elche and Sevilla respectively.

At the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium, there was a penalty worthy of analysis in Atletico Madrid's game: Nianzu's foul on Jimenez.

The committee selected three penalties for this round of review -

One from the match between Villarreal and Rayo Vallecano, one from the match between Getafe and Girona, and one from the Basque derby. In addition, there are two games in the second division and two games in the third division.

Among the three penalties, the TV broadcast reproduced the scene immediately before Villarreal's attack. Moreno's position was correct at that time, and SAOT (offside detection equipment) also confirmed this.

But since it was the same action, the referee awarded a free kick. If Moreno was offside at that time, all subsequent penalties will be invalid.

The second clip is from the Basque derby and shows Roberto Navarro's goal, which was subject to a lengthy VAR review.

The last clip is from Getafe’s game against Girona last Friday.
