Sources told ESPN that six more players received invitations to participate in the 2025 New York NBA Draft and sat on the green space. 13 top rookies have been invited last week.

Noah Esenger, Colin Murray-Boyles, Thomas Sauber, Liam McNeley, Nolan Traore and Will Riley are the second players to be invited by the NBA League office to participate in the draft in New York City with their family, joining Cooper Flag, Dylan Harper, Ace Bailey, VJ Edgecombe, Trey Johnson, Harman Maluach, Jeremiah Fells, Con Knuppel, Casparas Jakujonis, Egor Deming, Carter Bryant, Derek Quinn and Asa Newell.

A source told ESPN that five more invitations are expected to be sent later this week, bringing the final invitation total to 24.

The Green House is the waiting area in front of the NBA draft, where players, their families and agents wait for Adam Xiaohua to announce his name when he selects the player.

Players can invite six people to sit at their tables. The process of deciding who to invite to the NBA draft requires communication with the president or general manager of the team that is the first round draft. Teams were asked to vote for the 25 players they hoped to hear first. This is to ensure that players do not sit in front of national television audiences for a long time.

For players' draft picks, receiving an invitation is seen as a positive signal. However, there are also some examples of prospects falling into the second round while sitting inside the green room, including Borbor, Djota Davis, Nick Clarkston, Machey Lamper and Rashad Lewis.

Last year, two players - Johnny Ferfey and Kyle Filipovski - were among the top 20 invited players, but eventually slipped to the second round.

Draft Schedule

In order to avoid the inviting players and their families need to wait one more day before they hear the player's name being called, the final Green House invitation may be subject to additional review. The first round of the

NBA Draft will be held on June 26 at the Barclays Center in New York City (8 a.m., ABC/ESPN/ESPN+). The second round of the match will be held on June 27 (8:00).
