Lakers Nation: Redick calls Smart and others Bronny’s mentors. They understand Bronny’s positioning better.

After a recent Lakers practice, Redick talked about Smart and Vincent's role models for Bronny and their roles as team leaders. Redick said: "Those two are top players, and even if they are limited in training, they still serve as role models. They know that this is part of their role, which we have discussed, and they have performed very well in terms of leadership."

It is extremely important for young players to have someone worth learning and imitating, and these veterans are willing to take on such a role and help young players grow, which is crucial to their development. While having LeBron as a father to help him is undoubtedly an advantage, players like Smart and Vincent better understand how to succeed in Bronny's best position and can help him develop the right mindset.
