Suns official: The team officially appoints Jordan Ultra as the new head coach

Jordan Ultra has been an NBA assistant coach since 2012 and has worked in the Hawks, Nets, Lakers and Cavaliers. In the 12 NBA seasons, his team has made the playoffs in total 10 times, with a record of 517 wins and 447 losses. This is his first time as head coach.
From 2013 to 16, Ultra served as video coordinator at the Eagles.
From 2016 to 22, Ultra served as an assistant coach for six seasons at the Nets.
From 2022 to 24, Ultra served as an assistant coach for two seasons with the Lakers.
From 2024 to 25, Ultra joined the Cavaliers as an assistant coach.
The Suns ranked 11th in the Western Conference with 36 wins and 46 losses this season, missing the playoffs and playoffs.
