June 29th UEFA officially announced that Liverpool midfielder Elliott was elected the best player in this European Youth Championship.
Eliot led England U21 to defeat Germany U21 3-2 in the final to win the championship, and scored consecutive goals in the knockout round. Today, against Germany also scored the first goal in just 5 minutes of the game.
In this event, Elliot played for 475 minutes for England U21, scored 5 goals in 20 shots, and had a pass success rate of 82.7%.
