British media: Tottenham bids 40 million pounds to buy Elliott! The Red Army is willing to sell but asks for additional purchases

August 9th According to British media footballinsider, Tottenham will pay 40 million pounds to buy Elliott.
The media said that due to Madison's sudden serious injury, Tottenham urgently needed to find a high-level player to replace him, and Elliott was Tottenham's priority.
Tottenham will bid £40 million to buy Elliott, and Liverpool is willing to negotiate with Tottenham, but they demand that the buyback clause be added. If Tottenham does not accept the buyback clause, the Reds' asking price will rise to 50 million pounds.
