International players go to the NCAA to play! Spanish scorer Ruvin Dominguez promises Texas Agriculture

Spain's 22-year-old shooting guard Ruben Dominguez announced his commitment to the NCAA Texas Agriculture and Workers, born in January 2003, and was automatically qualified for the 2025 NBA draft.

Spanish forward Juanma Ruiz announced his commitment to the NCAA Northern Kentucky, affiliated to the Horizon League, 6-9 (2.06 meters), born in July 2007, playing for Real Betis Club in Spain. He averaged 10.8 points and 8 rebounds in the Spanish U18 Championship, and averaged 9.9 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.4 steals in the Tercera FEB League this season.

Elias Rapieque

Germany 21-year-old forward Elias Rapieque announced his commitment to NCAA Kansas State, playing for Alba Berlin this season, 6-8 (2.03 meters), born in February 2004, born in Berlin, Germany, with a mother of Mongolia and a father from Mozambique. In 2024, the U20 European Youth League averaged 10.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.4 steals per game, adding high-quality combat power to Wildcats head coach Jerome Tang in the Big 12 league.

Aginaldo Neto

‌2025 Angola point guard Aginaldo Neto announced his commitment to NCAA Boise State, 6-1 (1.85 meters), born in April 2006, attended Bella Vista, Arizona in his senior year, and previously played for the NBA Africa Academy. He was selected for the U18 Africa Championship in the summer of 2024, and averaged 16.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.3 steals per game.
