The White Demon is still moving? US media: The Rockets may cut Neiwei and make their salary lower than the first tyrant line

July 4th Salary structure expert Yossi Gozalan published an article analyzing the Rockets' existing salary structure.
Gozalan wrote: "The Rockets' salary cap is 195.9 million (the first rich line). Even if the Rockets cut Landal's 8 million contract, they still surpassed the first rich line by 2 million. They still need subsequent operations to achieve their wishes. To add, Neway's contract is 2.3 million without guarantee, while Whitmore (which has been in the midst of trading rumors recently) is 3.5 million."
US media APHoops replied: "It is almost certain that the Rockets will choose to cut Neway."
The salary cap for the 2025-26 season is US$154.647 million, and the luxury tax line is US$187.895 million. The minimum team salary (poor ghost line) is US$139.182 million, the first tyrant line is set at US$195.945 million, and the second tyrant line is set at US$207.824 million.
