June 27 According to "Biaowan", Brentford hopes to sell Mbemo for a total of about £63 million to surpass the transfer fee Wolves received from Cunha.

reported that Manchester United will pay Mbemo an initial fee of £55 million. However, the two clubs are still negotiating on the specific amount and conditions for the additional terms to be implemented. The parties have discussed the nature of the additional clause this week, with Brentford hoping to earn more than £7 million in order to make the total transfer fee exceed the income Wolves receive from Cunha.

Mbemo's weekly salary in Old Trafford will reach £200,000, which is a significant increase from his income in Brentford. He will be Amorin's second signing since taking over Manchester United. Mbemo joined Brentford from Ligue 2 side Troyes in 2019 for an then-record £5.8 million and helped the team advance to the Premier League in the second season.

The Cameroonian player, valued at £65 million by Brentford, is expected to bring huge profits to the club and become the most expensive player in club history, surpassing the transfer fee of striker Ivan Tony last summer. Mbeumo has risen steadily in the Premier League for four years and reached a new height last season, scoring 20 goals and contributing 8 assists, helping Brentford to 10th place.

Manchester United needs to sign a winger this summer, and the future of Rashford, Garnacho and Anthony is becoming increasingly uncertain. Mbemo meets their needs and the club is looking for players with Premier League experience to help Amorin through his first full season in charge.

This summer is considered the best time for Mbemo to leave Brentford, and the club is in a favorable negotiating position, where they can choose to extend Mbemo's contract expires next June by one year, when his market value has also reached its peak. Mbemo's departure heralds a wider loss of staff in Brentford, and long-time coach Frank has switched to Tottenham.

captain Nolgo is about to join Arsenal, and the deal is expected to be completed by the weekend. Brentford has prepared for Mbemo's departure and will receive a transfer fee that matches his talent. However, his departure also marks a worrying trend, with the future of several key players becoming uncertain as the Frank era ends.
