October 10th: Gvadiol recently accepted an interview with NovaTV and talked about his injuries.
Gvadiol was injured in early August. The Croatian international was sidelined for more than a month, forcing him to miss the national team games in September. Now, he has returned to the national team and played the full 90 minutes against the Czech Republic.
When asked if he missed the national team, Gvadiol said: "I was out for a long time and have been fighting a knee injury, but everything is fine now and the situation is under control."
Man City participated in the Club World Cup this summer, so the team had very little time to prepare for the summer. Gvadiol said: "I feel tired because I did not prepare properly and there were many games, but I tried to contribute everything I could to the team."
