Keon: The most difficult opponent? Tottenham Wardel, he has not received the praise he deserves so far

June 28, recently, Arsenal legendary defender Martin Keeon talked about the most difficult opponent in his career.

In an interview with talkSPORT, Keon was asked whether there were any opponents in his career that wowed him. Keon, who has faced super forwards such as Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Henry, Romario, and Ronaldo in his career, recalled the away game for Villa in March 1989.

Wardle won two goals in that 2-0 victory in Tottenham. Keon said: "Do you know? Actually more than once! But the one who impressed the most was Wardel, who represented Villa against Tottenham."
