May 27th News "As" recently calculated and analyzed the TV broadcast fee share of each team in La Liga this season, as well as the impact of the European game on the revenue of each team in La Liga.

La Liga ranking not only determines the team's position in the standings, but also directly affects the income share they earn from the TV broadcast fee. For example, the income gap between Villarreal (fifth) and Betis (sixth) is more than €20 million. In addition, Barcelona received nearly 7 million euros in TV broadcast fees than Real Madrid for winning the La Liga title.

Latest data released showed that La Liga received a total of 1.351 billion euros in television broadcast fees, of which 50% (675.5 million euros) were distributed evenly to all teams (each team received about 33.77 million euros).

Another 25% (337.75 million euros) are allocated according to the La Liga rankings, so the first place in La Liga can get about 57.42 million euros, while the last place can only get about 840,000 euros. The remaining 25% (337.75 million euros) are allocated to the TV broadcast fees of La Liga teams based on social influence factors such as ticket sales, number of attendees, and the number of live broadcast games of the TV station.

Participating in the Spanish Super Cup and European Games will also bring additional income to the La Liga team. The top four teams in La Liga this season have been given a chance to compete in the Spanish Super Cup, which could bring them an additional 2 million euros.

Participating in the Champions League can bring at least 18.62 million euros in revenue to the team, with an additional 2.1 million euros per victory and a draw of 700,000 euros. The Europa League and Europa League are at least 4.31 million euros and 3.17 million euros respectively. Similarly, additional bonuses can be obtained in each win or draw in these two events.

In addition, the team will receive additional bonuses for every further in the European game. For example, entering the Champions League quarterfinals can get 11 million euros, the semi-finals can get 12.5 million euros, the semi-finals can get 15 million euros, and the finals can get 18.5 million euros.

According to statistics, Villarreal, ranked fifth in La Liga, is expected to have a total revenue of 82.79 million euros, including television broadcast fees, league ranking bonuses and the lowest bonus in the Champions League. By comparison, Betis, who ranked sixth, had a total revenue of about 61.72 million euros, a difference of 21 million euros.

If Vallecano can enter the Euro Cup through the playoffs, their income will be about 48.76 million euros, nearly 13 million euros less than Betis, but 5 million euros more than Osasuna. It can be seen that every ranking in La Liga is crucial to the team's revenue.
