Los Angeles FC official: Watford defender Porterus joins and signs until 2028

August 4th, the FC Los Angeles officially announced that it would sign guard Ryan Porteous from the English Championship Watford, and the two sides signed until 2028 and have a one-year renewal option.
Potterus is a player trained by the Hibernian Youth Training Camp. From 2016 to 2023, he played more than 150 games for Hibernian. During this period, he scored 13 goals and sent 9 assists. In January 2023, he joined Watford. In two and a half seasons, he scored 7 goals and sent 5 assists. He has been loaned to Preston for his role in the past five months, and has played in 11 games during this period.
